Transfer Pricing Senior Manager – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join our established Financial Services (FS) team in London. You will lead advisory projects, review transfer pricing documentation and support the growth of our FS client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing engagements from inception to delivery for FS clients.
• Review and produce high‑quality transfer pricing documentation and advisory reports.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development activities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and billing to ensure profitability.
• Oversee work‑in‑progress (WIP) and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing feedback and quality control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transfer pricing within a Big 4 or similar practice, specifically serving the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to manage projects within budget and deadline constraints.
