Transfer Pricing Tax Manager – London

About the role

Join Monzo’s Tax team as a Transfer Pricing Tax Manager. You will own end‑to‑end transfer pricing operations, policies and documentation across all jurisdictions, reporting to the International Tax & Transfer Pricing Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and maintenance of Master Files, Local Files and Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR) across all operating jurisdictions.
• Design, implement and update intercompany pricing policies to support business growth, new product launches and international expansion.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Treasury to ensure intercompany agreements reflect economic realities and that operational TP calculations are accurate.
• Partner with the International Tax Manager on European expansion initiatives and cross‑border structuring projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tax authority enquiries and audits related to transfer pricing worldwide.
• Provide clear, pragmatic transfer pricing advice to Business, Finance and Product teams.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or tax advisor (CTA/ADIT or equivalent).
• Strong technical background in transfer pricing, preferably from a Big 4, specialist TP firm or in‑house experience.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with the ability to work autonomously and translate complex concepts for non‑tax stakeholders.
