Transformation Programme Delivery Lead – 14‑month FTC

About the role

The Transformation Programme Delivery Lead will coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, support governance processes and resolve cross‑functional challenges to keep the programme on track. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will help implement strategic priorities and ensure alignment with objectives, timelines and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the Programme Director and lead day‑to‑day programme execution activities.
• Monitor progress against programme objectives, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across all workstreams and facilitate collaboration between workstream leads and functional teams.
• Identify and intervene on conflicts, bottlenecks and delivery risks.
• Support recovery planning when objectives are at risk and escalate issues to senior leadership.
• Maintain programme governance, track actions and prepare materials for leadership forums and SteerCo reviews.
• Provide guidance to Business Readiness, Change Management and Internal Communications to ensure organisational adoption.
• Lead internal communications for the Courtyard Programme, ensuring consistent messaging and monitoring effectiveness.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading organisational transformation, business change or strategic programmes.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and cross‑functional leadership teams.
• Demonstrated success driving organisational adoption, behavioural change and transition to new operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and facilitation skills within complex multinational organisations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capability, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
