Transport Administrator (De‑Brief Clerk)

About the role

DX Network Services is looking for a Transport Administrator to join its Bracknell team as a De‑Brief Clerk. You will work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and that any service issues are captured and acted upon.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily de‑briefs, logging service issues and communicating them to Customer Service and management.
• Investigate and escalate driver non‑compliances.
• Use company software to monitor performance and support on‑road issues.
• Process returned items according to SOP and ensure accurate coding.
• Perform ad‑hoc de‑briefs and vehicle audits as required.
• Download handheld scanner data, report faults and maintain scanner condition.
• Enter POD and address data accurately.

• Ability to follow procedures and communicate issues clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using company software for performance monitoring.
• Handheld scanner operation and data download.
• Accurate data entry for POD and address information.
