Travel Consultant – Active Holidays Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who loves active travel and delivering exceptional customer service. You will guide customers through every step of their holiday journey, from advice to booking and pre‑departure support.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Tailor and price holiday packages.
• Book all aspects of client holidays.
• Prepare and send travel documents and answer pre‑departure questions.
• Load contracts and update product information on the website.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in an office‑based sales role.
• Confident phone communication and clear written communication.
• Good IT skills, comfortable with internal systems and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for cycling or experience with active holidays.
• Flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team.

What we offer

• Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience plus an annual performance bonus.
• Full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:30 (January weekend shifts).
