Travel Consultant – Cycling Holidays

About the role

Join a leading specialist tour operator that designs bespoke cycling holidays across Europe. As a Travel Consultant you will guide customers from their first enquiry through to a memorable, tailor‑made adventure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and cycling interests.
• Recommend destinations, routes and itineraries that match their needs.
• Prepare customised quotations and confirm bookings.
• Liaise with suppliers, hotels and local partners to secure services.
• Oversee the entire booking process until departure, ensuring a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Passion for travel, cycling and outdoor activities.
• Experience in sales or high‑level customer service.
• Independent travel experience across Europe (e.g., interrailing, self‑guided trips).
• Curiosity, strong communication skills and a relationship‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to create detailed travel quotations.
• Proficiency in managing supplier relationships.
