Travel Cruise Operations & Product Support Executive

About the role

Join an award‑winning tour operator as a Travel Cruise Operations & Product Support Executive. You will be part of a dedicated operations team that ensures every booking runs smoothly, from initial reservation to final customer delivery, while providing exceptional service to clients and travel‑agent partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming cruise bookings, cancellations and amendments.
• Monitor upcoming tour departures from an operational perspective.
• Collect, verify and upload passenger details, travel documents and special requirements into the booking system.
• Create and review final customer documents and itineraries for accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive rates and accurate quotes.
• Design itineraries for cruise extensions and research new product ideas.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an operations or support role within the travel industry, preferably cruise or touring.
• Strong customer focus and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and stay well‑organised.
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with travel booking systems.
• Proficiency in handling passenger data and documentation.

What we offer

• Base salary £32,000 – £36,400 per year.
• Up to 20% annual bonus.
