Travel Reservations Consultant – Arabic Speaking (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role
Our client, a leading high‑end travel and lifestyle concierge service, is looking for experienced Travel Reservations Consultants who are fluent in Arabic. The position can be based in London on a hybrid schedule or worked fully remotely from anywhere in the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Book worldwide travel arrangements for high‑net‑worth members, using both English and Arabic.
- Arrange hotels, dining, retail, entertainment and exclusive experiences.
- Manage the end‑to‑end booking process and liaise with suppliers.
- Deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service throughout each client interaction.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in the travel industry, particularly serving high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to provide premium customer service.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary £33,000 per year plus a bonus of up to £3,600.
- 22 days of annual leave.

- Opportunity to work abroad for up to three weeks per year.
