Travel Sales Consultant – Africa (Remote)

About the role

Join a leading adventure travel company as a Travel Sales Consultant focused on Africa. You will work remotely from anywhere in the UK, helping discerning UK and US clients design bespoke, sustainable itineraries across the continent.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests via phone, video call and email to understand their travel aspirations.
• Design and present personalised itineraries that showcase unique hotels, excursions and responsible travel practices.
• Close sales and achieve revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Build lasting relationships with clients before, during and after their trips to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Extensive first‑hand travel experience in Africa and a genuine passion for the region.
• Strong commitment to sustainable and responsible tourism.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Base salary up to £40,000 per year, OTE up to £55,000.
