About the role

We are seeking a Turkish‑speaking Mortgage Broker to join an award‑winning brand in London. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients, managing a dedicated lead source and delivering expert mortgage advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advisory services to HNW clients.
• Manage and nurture a specific lead source.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mortgage products and market trends.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Fluent Turkish (written and verbal).
• Proven track record in mortgage sales.
• Minimum 6 months mortgage advisory experience.
• Well presented with strong interpersonal skills.
