About the role

Our client, a boutique law firm specialising in residential property, is seeking a Turkish‑speaking conveyancing lawyer to join their growing team. You will manage new‑build and off‑plan purchases for Turkish‑language clients, delivering end‑to‑end legal services from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential property transactions, focusing on new‑build and off‑plan purchases.
• Provide legal advice and regular updates to Turkish‑speaking clients.
• Liaise with developers, estate agents, lenders and fellow solicitors.
• Review contracts, title documentation and supporting legal paperwork.
• Handle exchanges and completions of property transactions.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, particularly new‑build transactions.
• Strong understanding of UK property law and title documentation.
