Tyre Fitter – Full‑time, Sandy (South East England)

About the role

Our client, an independent tyre specialist in Sandy, Bedfordshire, is looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter to join a friendly, professional team. The role combines workshop duties with mobile tyre repairs and offers a Wednesday‑to‑Sunday schedule with Mondays and Tuesdays off.

Key responsibilities

• Fit a wide range of tyres, including run‑flats, low‑profile tyres and alloy wheels.
• Operate modern tyre fitting, balancing and repair equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide professional advice and excellent customer service to clients.
• Carry out mobile tyre appointments using a fully equipped company van.
• Support general workshop tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience as a tyre fitter in a workshop environment.
• Proficiency with contemporary tyre fitting, balancing and repair tools.
• Confidence handling run‑flats, low‑profile tyres and alloy wheels without damage.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to communicate clearly with customers.
