UK & Ireland Tax Manager – 2‑Year Fixed‑Term

About the role

This is a wide‑reaching role requiring an experienced tax professional to support the UK and Ireland tax function within a large international group. The position is based in Denham and is a two‑year fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UK & Ireland corporation tax preparation and submission, and advise on VAT, withholding tax and other obligations.
• Oversee transfer pricing policy, documentation and compliance with OECD, Pillar 2 and local regulations.
• Maintain an effective tax risk management framework and mitigate tax risks linked to transactions and restructurings.
• Provide tax support for acquisitions, disposals, restructuring projects and business transformations.
• Drive continuous improvement of tax processes, controls and reporting, and manage external advisers.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA/ACCA; CTA specialist is preferred.
• Solid UK corporation tax experience and strong awareness of UK and EU VAT.
• Experience working within a large international group.
• Excellent attention to detail, numeracy and technical competence.
• Ability to work under pressure, communicate across all levels and hold a current driving licence.
