UK Marketing Director

About the role

This senior leadership position sits on the UK leadership team of a high‑growth, multi‑brand food manufacturer. The UK Marketing Director will own the end‑to‑end marketing and innovation agenda across a diverse portfolio of brands, driving transformation and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the UK marketing and innovation strategy for multiple brands, with full P&L accountability.
• Set portfolio and brand positioning, priorities and commercial targets.
• Lead the innovation pipeline from consumer insight to launch excellence and in‑market performance.
• Make disciplined investment decisions and drive go‑to‑market excellence across Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Embed data‑driven decision‑making to optimise brand performance and marketing ROI.
• Contribute to the UK transformation agenda, modernising capabilities, ways of working and operating models.
• Represent the function at the senior leadership level and interface with Group stakeholders.
• Build, develop and lead a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Senior marketing leader with a strong commercial track record in FMCG, consumer or branded businesses.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or equivalent, managing multi‑brand portfolios and innovation pipelines.
• Demonstrated GM‑style mindset with clear P&L ownership.
• Ability to influence at UK leadership, ExCo and Group level.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on in fast‑paced environments.
