USA & Canada Travel Consultant – Home Based

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated USA & Canada Travel Consultant to join our award‑winning travel team. Working fully from home, you will use your long‑haul expertise to design bespoke itineraries that showcase the best of North America.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailor‑made itineraries for USA and Canada, including flights, hotels, tours and transfers.
• Negotiate rates and source products by liaising directly with suppliers.
• Manage the complete sales and customer‑service journey, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Achieve personal sales targets and develop a repeat client base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a travel tailor‑made sales role with strong knowledge of the USA and Canada market.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Good understanding of supplier contracts and itinerary costing.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a travel GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) – preferred but not essential.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £30,000 per year plus commission.
• Fully home‑based role with all equipment provided.
• 37.5‑hour week, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30 and occasional Saturday rota (≈2 per month).
• Regular familiarisation trips and opportunities for professional development.
