Used Car Sales Advisor – Birmingham

About the role

Join Stellantis &You as a Used Car Sales Advisor in Birmingham North, where you will help customers find the right pre‑owned vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience. Full product training and a bespoke induction will be provided, so prior automotive experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse customer and market data to understand buying needs.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, address objections and guide customers through the sales process.
• Prepare accurate quotations and cost calculations for used vehicles.
• Promote supplementary products and services, such as warranties and financing options.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the used‑car inventory and pricing.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to learn and complete the Performance Academy training.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
