User Researcher – Digital Consultancy (Hybrid)

About the role
Join a leading digital consultancy’s UX and Design practice as a User Researcher. You will work on a variety of public and private sector projects, shaping user‑centred digital products and services through rigorous research.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, recruit for, and conduct user research activities across multiple digital projects.
- Analyse findings, produce reports and present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners and service managers to translate research into actionable recommendations.
- Ensure GDS standards and user‑centred design principles are embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a User Researcher on digital products and services.
- Strong knowledge of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and Agile Scrum delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to advocate for users and champion user‑centred design.
