Valuation Senior Associate/Manager

About the role

The Valuation Senior Associate/Manager will lead financial analysis and valuation modelling for a range of projects, working closely with both internal teams and client management. This permanent, full‑time position is based in London and plays a key part in delivering high‑quality, insight‑driven advice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise financial analysis and valuation modelling processes.
• Oversee research on target industries, markets and competitor information.
• Conduct and manage client interviews to gather relevant data.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with senior management.
• Review and present analyses and conclusions in comprehensive written reports.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high standards of work quality.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a valuation team at a recognised accounting or advisory firm.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or CFA.
• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance or Business (post‑graduate degree is a plus).
• Extensive knowledge of valuation methods such as Discounted Cash Flow, Guideline Company, Guideline Transaction, Black‑Scholes and Monte Carlo.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
