Van Driver – Motherwell

About the role

Join Next’s transport team as a Van Driver based in Motherwell, delivering stock to distribution centres, third‑party suppliers and retail stores. You’ll work day shifts, typically any five days over a seven‑day week, earning £12.86 per hour plus a bonus scheme.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the van daily, ensuring it remains tidy and road‑worthy.
• Secure loads to prevent damage or theft of company and customer property.
• Communicate any delays to the office and complete required paperwork.
• Assist the wider transport team with additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• Hold a full driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Be computer literate and able to use basic office software.
• Demonstrate good customer service and telephone etiquette.
