Vehicle Mechanic – Full‑Funded Training & Overtime

About the role
Join a leading automotive group at their state‑of‑the‑art facility in Truro. This full‑time Vehicle Mechanic position offers a fully funded training programme and the chance to boost earnings through regular overtime.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles in line with company standards.
- Accurately complete all required documentation to support invoicing and job records.
- Participate in a Saturday rota (1 in 4 weeks, 8 am‑1 pm) paid at 1.5× the normal rate.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the motor industry (van experience advantageous but not essential).
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
- Reliable team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Commutable distance to Truro.

What we offer
- Salary £30,000‑£33,000 per year plus overtime at 1.5× (OTE £45k‑£50k).
- Bespoke brand training fully funded.
- Alternating shift pattern (7:30 am‑4 pm or 9:30 am‑6 pm) Monday‑Friday.
- Opportunity for progression to senior technician roles.
