Vehicle Preparation Assistant – Automotive Team

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Vehicle Preparation Assistant to join a busy automotive team in Rochester. The role involves preparing vehicles for the next stage of processing by removing graphics, stickers, branding and any adhesive residue. You will work regular daytime hours in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently remove vehicle graphics, stickers and branding.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to eliminate adhesive residue.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces to a high standard for further processing.
• Inspect vehicles for quality issues and report any damage.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Own transport due to limited public transport links.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.

Required skills
