Vehicle Technician – Automotive Service Role

About the role

Join the UK’s largest automotive service and repair business as a Vehicle Technician. You will work in a busy Crewe centre, delivering high‑quality maintenance and complex repairs on a wide range of vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, diagnostics and fault finding on light vehicles.
• Carry out complex repairs such as clutch, timing‑belt, coolant system and diesel‑injector replacements.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical, brake, steering and suspension issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure health‑and‑safety standards are met.
• Support customers by explaining work performed and recommending further maintenance.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 penalty points.
• Proven ability to work independently on diagnostic and complex repair tasks.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
