Vehicle Technician – BMW & MINI

About the role

We are expanding our BMW site and are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our service team at Wollaston BMW Northampton. You will work in a modern workshop, delivering maintenance and repair services for BMW and MINI customers while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing and unscheduled repairs on BMW and MINI vehicles.
• Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Complete repairs within allocated timescales while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers.
• Collaborate with the service team to uphold workshop efficiency and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and handle a full range of vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Motivated, customer‑focused attitude and willingness to develop within the prestige automotive arena.

• On‑target earnings of £38,000–£45,000 per year (dependent on experience).
