Vehicle Technician – BMW Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our Sytner Solihull team, working on BMW vehicles. You will receive full training and work in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop with a strong focus on safety and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repairs and servicing to BMW standards.
- Work within set timescales and follow established processes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment and use required PPE.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the service process.
Required profile
- Qualified Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 industry‑recognised automotive qualification.
- Previous experience in a franchised dealership environment.
- Highly organised, motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced team setting.
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
Required skills
- Vehicle repair and servicing.
