Vehicle Technician – BMW Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our Sytner Solihull team, working on BMW vehicles. You will receive full training and work in a state‑of‑the‑art workshop with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and servicing to BMW standards.
• Work within set timescales and follow established processes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment and use required PPE.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the service process.

Required profile

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 industry‑recognised automotive qualification.
• Previous experience in a franchised dealership environment.
• Highly organised, motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced team setting.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
