About the role
We are seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our Swindon service centre, supporting Fiat, Abarth, Jeep and Alfa Romeo customers. The role involves performing services, repairs and routine maintenance on a variety of customer vehicles. Working hours are Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00 with occasional Saturday mornings. The position offers an OTE between £38,000 and £41,000, reflecting a competitive base salary and performance‑based bonus. Johnson's Cars is a well‑established independent dealership in the UK, representing multiple brands and providing a supportive environment for technical staff.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out services on customer vehicles.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles.
Required profile
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
What we offer
- Basic salary £34,000‑£36,000 plus bonus scheme up to £5,200 (OTE £38,000‑£41,000).
