Vendor Manager

About the role

Radiant is building purpose‑built AI infrastructure and is looking for a Vendor Manager to own supplier onboarding, governance and performance across its extensive third‑party ecosystem. The role sits within the Infrastructure Team, which delivers scalable, secure HPC/AI platforms for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vendor onboarding process end‑to‑end, applying a tiered model for known, partner and strategic vendors.
• Run intake triage for new supplier requests, assign tiers and drive diligence to keep delivery teams unblocked.
• Maintain a single source of truth for all infrastructure contracts, tracking terms, renewals, spend and capacity.
• Run renewals proactively, flagging material renewals with recommendations based on usage data.
• Ensure compliance requirements are embedded in commercial terms and track consumption against commitments.
• Define and report KPIs and SLAs such as reservation allocation, incident frequency and provisioning lead times.
• Conduct regular vendor reviews and QBRs, manage escalations and remediation for under‑performing suppliers.
• Maintain vendor scorecards, third‑party risk assessments and up‑to‑date certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).

Required profile

• BSc in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in vendor management, IT procurement or strategic sourcing, with focus on technology and infrastructure.
• Experience managing infrastructure and compute suppliers such as GPU providers, OEMs, networking or storage vendors.
• Proven track record negotiating complex technology contracts (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, SLAs, multi‑year spend agreements).
• Technical literacy to discuss GPU, networking and storage with engineers.
• Experience designing vendor governance frameworks (tiering, onboarding, scorecards, risk assessment).
