About the role

As Vice President for EMEA BPO & Business Development at Broadridge, you will set strategic direction and lead end‑to‑end service delivery across a multi‑site EMEA footprint. You will combine regional oversight with deep expertise in capital markets and securities operations to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of financial operations across multiple EMEA service centres, covering middle‑ and back‑office functions such as reconciliations, settlements, trade support, billing, reporting and financial controls.
  • Develop and execute a regional operations strategy aligned with global objectives, ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective, and compliant services.
  • Act as senior point of contact for key EMEA clients, strengthening partnerships and identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales to design and execute go‑to‑market strategies to grow the client base in the region.
  • Collaborate with Global Operations leadership to design the optimal support model for regional growth.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operational performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead efficiency initiatives, standardise processes and embed automation using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Build, mentor and inspire a diverse regional leadership team, fostering talent development and succession planning.
  • Maintain robust operational governance, regulatory compliance and audit readiness across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage regional financial planning, budgeting, capacity planning and resource optimisation.
  • Oversee business continuity and resilience planning for operational stability.
  • Represent EMEA financial operations in global forums, steering committees and client governance meetings.

Required profile

  • 15+ years of experience in operations management, shared services or outsourced service delivery environments.
  • Proven track record of leading large, multi‑site financial operations in the EMEA region.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, securities operations and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams and drive cultural change.
