Vice President, Global Tracking

About the role

peermusic is seeking a Vice President to lead its Global Tracking function. This senior position sits at the intersection of music rights, data analytics, and financial operations, reporting directly to the COO. The role will drive revenue visibility, close income gaps, and deliver measurable financial impact across all territories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global tracking team of 2‑3 analysts, setting priorities, operating rhythm, and performance standards.
• Strengthen frameworks for monitoring income completeness and timing, identifying discrepancies and revenue gaps.
• Collaborate with regional teams to resolve income‑related issues and support revenue recovery initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Creative teams to provide revenue insights and regular leadership updates.
• Define and track KPIs, develop dashboards, and contribute to process automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in music publishing, royalties, or data‑driven financial operations.
• Proven analytical capabilities with complex datasets.
• Experience leading cross‑regional initiatives or teams.
• Strong understanding of global revenue flows and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
