Vice President – Structured Working Capital Transactor

About the role

Join JPMorgan Payments' Trade & Working Capital division as a Vice President Transactor, focusing on structured receivables and inventory finance. You will design and execute bespoke financing solutions that improve clients' working capital efficiency on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Trade Sales and Global Corporate Banking teams to propose off‑balance‑sheet structures for sector‑specific clients.
• Partner with finance, product, legal and risk colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customized solutions.
• Pitch, structure and execute transactions ranging from bilateral receivables purchases to large‑scale syndicated inventory financing.
• Prepare and review analytical outputs, including cash‑flow models and stress‑test scenarios.
• Manage transaction execution: coordinate internal stakeholders, develop credit analysis and approval materials, lead approval discussions, oversee operational processes and negotiate legal documentation.
• Monitor competitive landscape, capital‑market trends, accounting standards, macro‑economic and regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of structured finance and working‑capital products.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking, trade finance and off‑balance‑sheet solutions.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and present clear recommendations.
