Vice Store Manager – London Canary Wharf

About the role

As Vice Store Manager you will be the right‑hand to the Store Manager, supporting daily operations, sales performance and customer experience in the flagship boutique at Canary Wharf.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure premium customer service that reflects the brand’s values.
• Monitor KPIs and propose concrete actions to improve performance.
• Supervise operational and stockroom activities, maintaining efficiency and an impeccable store image.
• Participate in training and development of Sales Assistants, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Act as a style and behaviour role model for both staff and customers.

Required profile

• Experience in fashion or premium retail.
• Enjoy supporting and guiding people, facing challenges with energy and vision.
• Precise, reliable and results‑oriented.
