Virtual Assistant – Sales & Business Development

About the role

Ehre Productions, a London‑based creative and media production agency, is looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant focused on sales and business development. This part‑time remote position (20 hours per week) aims to generate leads, secure new business, and convert prospects across the UK and European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and partner businesses.
• Perform targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.
• Research businesses to identify new sales opportunities.
• Use AI tools for lead generation, research and communication support.
• Create basic social media graphics and banners using Canva to support outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads and conversions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, outreach or business development.
• Strong understanding of the UK and European markets.
• Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English.
• Proven track record of generating and converting leads.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Canva (basic design skills).
• AI tools for productivity, lead generation and outreach.
