Job description
About the role
A growing London-based luxury design and delivery studio is seeking a Visualisation Artist to join its multidisciplinary team. - Translate 2D CAD information into accurate 3D models in SketchUp, paying close attention to proportion, detail and materiality.
- Produce day-time and night-time imagery with Corona Renderer, conveying the character of each scheme.
- Develop bespoke materials and specialist finishes, and visualise joinery, furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, window treatments and accessories.
- Prepare initial drawing and setting-out work in AutoCAD so visualisations match accurate project information.
- Refine final imagery in Photoshop and with AI-enhanced tools, delivering quality on tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Degree in a design-related discipline; 1-2 years of visualisation experience in an interior design or architectural studio preferred.
- Demonstrable experience of high-end visualisations for residential, hospitality or commercial projects, including interior and exterior imagery.
- Good communication skills, excellent spoken and written English, and the ability to interpret briefs and work with project designers.
- Organised, detail-focused and proactive, able to meet demanding deadlines.
Required skills
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona Renderer and Photoshop.
- Word and Excel.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance visualisation, rendering and presentation outputs.
- Understanding of bespoke design, luxury materials and specialist finishes.
What we offer
- Initial three-month contract with potential to move to a longer-term or permanent role.
- Portfolio building across luxury residential, branded residences, multi-unit developments and five-star hospitality projects.
- Hybrid working from a Central London studio, alternating two days from home one week and one day the next, subject to studio requirements.
- An earlier finish on the last Friday of every month.
