Waiter/Waitress – Front of House Role

About the role

Join Barlounge’s vibrant front‑of‑house team as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering warm, attentive service to guests while working in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, taking orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Handle payment transactions and manage the tip jar incentive.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and the dining room.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the UK and completed compulsory education.
• Enthusiastic, personable and able to thrive on busy shifts.
• Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
