About the role

Join the hospitality team at Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering high‑quality service to international business and leisure guests in a historic five‑star hotel located near Blackfriars Station.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, well‑presented and properly set at all times.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions confidently.
• Handle payments and operate the till accurately.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns quickly.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
