Waiter/Waitress – Pre‑Opening at Luxury French Brasserie

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Le Perroquet, an all‑day French brasserie located within The St. Regis London. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver refined, personalised service to guests in a luxury setting, helping to establish the restaurant’s reputation from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional food and beverage service in line with brand standards.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering queries.
• Set, maintain and reset tables to the highest presentation standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a personalised approach.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout service.
• Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a luxury or high‑end environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and guest experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
