Warehouse Administrator

About the role

VPZ, the UK’s leading vape retailer, is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support its expanding store network. You will be the backbone of daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination between inventory, scheduling and courier services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse schedules and operational workflows, updating the production board for team visibility.
• Manage employee timesheets, attendance records and related administrative documentation.
• Monitor Pick/Drop Studio processes to guarantee timely task completion.
• Accurately complete and maintain operational paperwork, including IN001 and IN002 documentation.
• Maintain inventory data, support store footprint logistics and liaise with courier networks.

Required profile

• Reliable and detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic operations team.
