Warehouse Assistant – Full‑time role in Birmingham

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our Birmingham team on a full‑time basis. You will work in a stable environment with guaranteed hours, no night shifts, and a clear pathway from an initial three‑month contract to permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload containers and lorries, handling items up to 25 kg.
• Pick, pack, and prepare mail orders with a focus on accuracy.
• Manage stock movement and track inventory levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space.

Required profile

• Physically capable of lifting 25 kg repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Detail‑oriented with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Team‑player with a positive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

What we offer

• Pay: £13.00 per hour, paid weekly.
• Hours: Monday‑Friday, start between 9 am‑10 am, finish at 5:30 pm (5 pm on Fridays).
