Warehouse Assistant (Monday - Friday)

About the role

BSS, part of the Travis Perkins Group, is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Brentford, Greater London. The role is permanent and full time, with hours of 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday. The warehouse serves customers, processes orders and loads and unloads vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers in the warehouse with strong service standards, understanding and meeting their needs
• Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping across the warehouse
• Process orders, load and unload vehicles and book deliveries accurately into the systems
• Work as part of a team, keeping accurate stock levels to ensure a profitable branch

Required profile

• Able to process stock within health and safety guidelines
• Provides good customer service through positive, purposeful interactions
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and stay organised in fast-paced environments
• Team player willing to support colleagues across the wider branch
• No prior expertise in insulation and interior building products needed; training is provided on the job
