Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Spook’s London warehouse, ensuring that inventory, staff and delivery processes run smoothly and safely. This hands‑on leadership position requires meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined management style to maintain high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily warehouse activities, maintaining an organised layout and best‑practice standards.
• Ensure 100 % stock accuracy through strict control procedures, regular counts, proper labelling, FIFO rotation and timely transfers.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff and drivers, control rota costs and uphold a high‑performance culture.
• Identify inefficiencies, introduce improved storage systems, workflows and process enhancements.
• Support event deliveries by being on‑site when required, coordinating porters and maintaining venue knowledge.
