Warehouse Manager (Events / Production / Logistics)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a fast‑paced, technical warehouse supporting the events, production and rental sectors. The role combines hands‑on operational oversight with people management to ensure equipment is ready for successful event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including storage, handling and inventory management.
• Prioritise multiple workflows during busy dispatch and return periods.
• Lead, train and develop a warehouse team, promoting best practices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate preparation and de‑preparation of equipment for upcoming projects.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised and compliant with Health & Safety standards.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as equipment readiness and operational accuracy.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a warehouse management role within a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in events, production, logistics or equipment rental.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Health & Safety regulations.
• Good IT proficiency and experience with inventory systems.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
