Warehouse Operative – Belfast

About the role

Join DFDS as a Warehouse Operative in our Belfast, temperature‑controlled warehouse. You will keep stock moving, prepare orders and ensure deliveries meet strict schedules and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, pick, assemble and load orders while meeting KPIs.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System and follow customer schedules.
• Handle stock carefully to minimise damage and maintain accuracy.
• Use MHE safely, perform pre‑operational checks and report any defects.
• Follow health & safety, food hygiene and environmental procedures.
• Check stock on receipt and store at the correct temperature.
• Complete operational documents accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Ability to read and follow instructions and work accurately under pressure.
• Strong health & safety awareness and understanding of warehouse operations.
• Team‑oriented, flexible and able to stay focused on deadlines.
• MHE licences (reach and counterbalance) are desirable but not essential.
