Warehouse Operative – Milton Park

About the role

Join a dynamic logistics organisation at Milton Park, supporting efficient warehouse operations on a 12‑week temporary-to-permanent contract. You will work from 6am to 2pm, helping to keep the flow of goods smooth and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hand‑ball work and lift goods safely.
• Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch.
• Store goods securely and in the correct locations.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Operate warehouse equipment as required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Good communication, basic numeracy and literacy.
