Warehouse Operative – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative with MHE Counterbalance and Reach experience to join our Rugby site on a night shift. The role is full‑time, permanent and involves working any five nights out of a seven‑day week between 22:00 and 06:00.

Key responsibilities

• Safe operation of counterbalance and/or reach trucks.
• Loading, unloading and moving stock across the warehouse.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders accurately.
• Processing goods in/out and supporting stock control.
• Conducting daily equipment checks and reporting any issues.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving MHE – counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in line with GXO Health and Safety policies.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Counterbalance forklift operation.
• Reach truck operation.
