About the role
You will join the busy NAPA Auto Parts warehouse in Pulborough, handling the end‑to‑end process of order fulfilment. The role focuses on picking customer orders accurately, loading vans and supporting the dispatch flow to ensure timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Pick customer orders and load delivery vans.
- Perform regular checks to confirm orders are picked correctly.
- Oversee dispatch of orders and coordinate van deliveries.
- Check and put away supplier deliveries, reporting shortages or damage.
- Assist with rolling stock‑taking to keep inventory accurately located.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

- Demonstrates good time‑keeping.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands.
