Warehouse Operative PM Shift

About the role

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our Fareham distribution centre. The role involves working fast‑paced shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm, five days a week, ensuring orders are picked accurately and delivered on time. A successful candidate must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using a handheld terminal.
• Receive, store and stack stock in the appropriate locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe and legally compliant work environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Opportunities to be trained on LLOP and FLT equipment within the centre.

Required profile

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and quick decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to complete a drug and alcohol test before starting.
• Availability to work the specified PM shift pattern.

Required skills

• Handheld terminal operation for order picking.
