Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm (Aylesbury)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our Aylesbury site on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role starts at 6 am, Monday to Friday, with a 45‑hour week and the possibility of shift adjustments after the temporary period.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, unload, label and store incoming stock.
- Pick and prepare orders using a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure safety standards are met.
- Follow quality service procedures and comply with all site regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Own transport, as the site is not served by public transport.
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual tasks.
Required skills
- Willingness to learn and operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP); training will be provided.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71.
- Annual salary equivalent of £29,800 plus a £2,000 performance bonus.
- Opportunity to move into a permanent role after the temporary period.
