Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm (Aylesbury)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our Aylesbury site on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. The role starts at 6 am, Monday to Friday, with a 45‑hour week and the possibility of shift adjustments after the temporary period.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, label and store incoming stock.
• Pick and prepare orders using a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure safety standards are met.
• Follow quality service procedures and comply with all site regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Own transport, as the site is not served by public transport.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual tasks.

Required skills

• Willingness to learn and operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP); training will be provided.

What we offer

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.71.
• Annual salary equivalent of £29,800 plus a £2,000 performance bonus.
