Warehouse Sorter – Parcel Handling (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Warehouse Sorter on a part‑time basis, working primarily on weekends to ensure parcels are processed quickly and accurately for delivery. This onsite role offers a supportive team environment and the chance to contribute to a leading UK express delivery service.

Key responsibilities

• Unload and load parcels safely.
• Sort parcels onto the correct delivery routes and prepare trailers for drivers.
• Provide a friendly, dependable service for customers, whether handling birthday gifts or business mail.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) with no more than 6 points.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Starting salary £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour), rising to £27,561 after 6 months and up to £30,000 with overtime.
