Warehouse Supervisor (Live Events)

About the role

This office‑based position is responsible for supervising the live‑events warehouse, ensuring all audio‑visual and lighting equipment is stored, maintained and ready for deployment. You will work closely with department heads and operation managers to support a fast‑growing events production business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all live‑events departments, including audio, vision and lighting technicians.
• Ensure all equipment is stored correctly, tracked and maintained according to company standards.
• Liaise with the Warehouse Manager and report on inventory, usage and any issues.
• Coordinate with heads of departments and operation managers to guarantee equipment availability for corporate, arena and hybrid events.
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse environment and uphold health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Current or previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Background working with audio‑visual or lighting equipment in live‑event settings.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work within a team‑oriented environment.
